FAQ'S

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

Can I set up a meet and greet prior to my sitting?

Yes! A meet and greet is encouraged to ensure all parties (owner, pet, and sitter) match each other well. If you are boarding, please bring your pet with you. We need to make sure all pets in the house get along! Meet and greets will have a $30 charge for the sitter's time, but once you meet your sitter you will not need to do another greeting with them! We offer complimentary FaceTime meet and greets.

How will my sitter get in my house?

Please leave your sitter with the gate code to your neighborhood. If there is a guard leave their name and the company name, Noah Barks. You can leave your sitter with a key, garage door code, or other entry code. If your sitter cannot leave the key at your house when they depart, there will be a $15 key return charge for their travel time to come back and return it.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We hate cancellation fees as much as you do. Still, we have implemented a cancellation fee policy to provide fair compensation for the potential loss of revenue resulting from canceled reservations. We understand that circumstances may arise where guests need to modify or cancel their plans. We strive to accommodate their needs, while also ensuring the sustainability of our business. As per our policy, cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total stay. Similarly, cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the intended arrival will result in a charge of 75% of the total stay. This policy helps us maintain operational stability and allows us to uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service to all our clients.    

Disclaimer

At Noah Barks, we strive to be transparent with our fees. You can find all our prices on our rates page. If you would like a pre-invoice for your booking, please ask your sitter. A pre-invoice does not guarantee that the price you see will be your set-in-stone total, it is only to give you a general idea of the cost of your reservation. The total may need to be adjusted if your itinerary changes.

 

 Noah Barks maintains the flexibility to adjust costs for our services based on the unique requirements of each individual service. You will be notified of any price adjustments and the reasons 

 

We kindly remind our clients that any damage caused to their house by their own pets is not the responsibility of Noah Barks. To ensure the safety of both your house and your pet, it is crucial that you inform us if your pet needs to be crated during the night or while we are away. We will notify you of any potential damage as soon as it occurs.

 

In the event that your animal is boarding at a sitter's home and causes damage to their property, we will conduct a thorough assessment of the damages incurred. Accordingly, an additional charge will be added to your bill, taking into consideration the severity of the damage. Our goal is to maintain a safe and harmonious environment for both pets and their owners.
